Linter is fixed in PR #177, I suggest we merge this first, and follow up with e2e tests in a separate PR. cc @alexander-demicev @richardcase |

What this PR does / why we need it:
Current golang-ci version gets stuck and eats all available memory on the machine, bumping it resolves this issue.
